How to Use

1.Plug in the Type-C cable to power on the wireless charger.

2.Connect iWatch’s charger to USB socket of our product, then fix iWatch’s chargingcable into matched area, put iWatch on top of the charger to charge (adjust watchstrap to narrowest position will be better).

3.Put on your Qi enable devices to start charging.

1.lf you’re failing to charge your device, please try out the following:

(1)Please check whether the indicator turns on or not.(2)Check whether the adapter is QC3.0 fast charger.

(3) The back of your phone should not have any metal, pop sockets, or credit cards. (Phone cases should be no thicker than 5 mm for effective charging).(4) Put the phone in the center of the charging surface (this lets the charging coil in your phone lineup with the one inside the wireless charger).

2.lf you’re using the recommended wireless charger with the QC3.0 Adapter and have removedany potential charging obstructions, but are still experiencing issues,try this:

(1 ) Replacing the cable connecting your wireless charger.(2) Rebooting your phone.(3)Unplug the adapter and reinsert

3.Charging is still slow & Charging fever.

(1)The mobile phone itself or the external receiving coil allows the wireless charging current to bedifferent, or the application running consumes a lot of power when the mobile phone is charging.lt is recommended to reduce or close the application.

(2)lt is normal for the receiving coil or transmitter board to generate heat duringwireless charging.lf the wireless charger is too hot, please take your phoneoff it, when the wireless charger is cooled down，please charge it again.

4.The phone is charging intermittently, or the indicator light flashes.

lf the charging currentis not enough, please use a adapter with sufficient power 9V/2Aor 18W above.
